Fire Damaged Oakland House
This house in Oakland screamed out for fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration. SERVPRO heard the call and arrived within hours to begin the fire damage mitigation. First, all assemblies and furnishings are removed for cleaning in a pack-out service at our facility. Then we can begin to improve the IAQ indoor air quality using air scrubbers and hydroxyl generators as our team began the controlled demolition of fire and water-soaked building elements. The After Photo depicts the framing, and the concrete pad, in the final stages of preparation for the build back.
