Oakland Water Damaged Garage Conversion

This house in Oakland, with a finished garage into a mother-in-law's quarters, suffered a broken pipe. The pipe continued to leak for several days as the homeowner attempted to sop up the water with towels. The water wicked into the particleboard constructed cabinets, and warping resulted. SERVPRO recommends calling us at the first sign of water damage. We can mitigate the losses with the repair of leaks and removal of the water and the excess humidity. We did a controlled demolition, only removing the assemblies that were non-salvageable. The After Photo depicts the demo'ed job site, the concrete pad dry after removing the resilient linoleum floor covering. We can then reconstruct this area using our General Contractor License #: 937457, assuring our customer of a restored living quarters.
