Basement Flooding and Remediation in Oakland
The clean water flooded this basement from the water heater closeby. SERVPRO can relocate the contents and extract the small amount of water from the concrete foundation pad. Unfortunately, the supply line within the wall did soak some of the insulation and wood panels. The After Photo shows new batten insulation and a dry pad. The LGR dehumidifier is completing the drying process. Excess moisture can lead to rusting, foul odors, and mold growth.
